Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $50!

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient carrier for your location. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order ships.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@astrogvibes.com with your name and order number.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@astrogvibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
